When international projects slow down,
it is rarely a question of strategy —
but of alignment, expectations, and decision frameworks.
I support leadership teams and organisations involved in high-stakes international projects, particularly within France–Japan and multi-country environments where alignment, expectations and decision dynamics are not fully shared.
As a Japanese professional long based in France, I bring a lived understanding of how leadership, communication and organisational logic operate on both sides — beyond theoretical cultural explanations.
When projects become strategically important and time-sensitive, invisible gaps often emerge: implicit expectations, decision rhythms, responsibility boundaries, and unspoken organisational rules. My role is to make these dynamics visible and actionable, enabling clearer collaboration and faster project progression.
My expertise lies in decoding the unwritten rules that shape organisations — implicit expectations, power dynamics and decision patterns — and transforming potential friction into trust, alignment and operational momentum.
Alongside strategic advisory, I intervene as a certified Executive & NLP Coach during sensitive phases such as negotiations, organisational transitions or high-pressure international situations, when human dynamics become as critical as technical expertise.
